The location seemed like a sweet dream, ideal for my plans. the staff were very helpful. Their kindness shone through. netflix was available. That was a lovely surprise.
The room's pictures set expectations a little high. The reality wasn't quite the same. the bed's mattress felt worn. It needed some care. i noticed long hairs in the bath. That was off-putting.

The location was excellent. It was in the town centre, close to restaurants. The staff, especially Beth, were very polite and helpful during my late check-in. I really appreciated that.
The room lacked a microwave and an iron, though these were advertised. Also! the neighbours were quite noisy. The walls seemed quite thin, disruptive.
